Material: K9 Grade 1 artificial crystal
Production process includes: material cutting, pressing, rough polishing, fine polishing, drilling, carving, sandblasting, gluing, quality inspection, and packaging.
1. Material Cutting: The entire piece of material is cut into the required shape and size for the crystal blank using a large saw blade at high speed.
2. Pressing: The required size and shape of the finished product are made using a mold. The raw material is then melted at a high temperature of over 900℃ and poured into the mold for pressing.
3. Rough Polishing: The blank pressed from the mold is directly polished with a diamond disc to create the engraving lines for the finished product.
4. Fine Polishing: After rough polishing, the finished product is polished with polishing powder until it is crystal clear.
5. Drilling: Before the crystal product is completed, holes are drilled according to the required size and location.
6. Silk Screen Printing: Different colorants are applied to the surface of the crystal for effect treatment. The color layer is relatively thick and can only be removed with force.
7. Iridescent Plating: A technique similar to electroplating is used to apply different colors to the crystal surface. The layer is relatively thin and can be scratched by friction. Since the plating is often located on the bottom, other objects, such as zodiac paperweights, are often attached underneath.
8. Engraving: Strong three-dimensional effect, high craftsmanship, fine workmanship, and high cost. Divided into hand-engraved graphics and machine-engraved text.
9. Sandblasting: Weaker three-dimensional effect, relatively flat.
10. Packaging: The crystal trophy is cleaned and placed in a specially made brocade box. This completes the finished product.
