The refractive index of about 1.52 produces subtle sparkle when sunlight hits the surface at low angles. The optical performance supports the material upgrade in commercial projects where brand colors must be accurate through a glass feature wall, or in residential spaces where true daylight color is important.

Factory Process Control

If a brick is shipped with damage on the edge, we replace it when a photo of the brick with batch number is received. Q1: How many bricks do I need per square meter for 5x10x20cm size?
Coverage will depend on the joint width you choose. For normal 10mm joints you will need about 45 pieces per square meter. We include a detailed coverage table with each quote for accurate project planning.

Q2: Can I order less than 50 pieces for a sample wall?
Our minimum is 50 pieces MOQ but we can do sample shipments of 5 to 10 pieces at a higher cost per piece. Please contact our sales team with your specific requirement and project time line.

Q3: What is the best way to clean crystal glass bricks without scratching the surface?
Use mild detergent and warm water and a soft cloth. Stay away from abrasive cleaners and metal scrapers, which can scratch even optical-grade crystal surfaces. Each order includes a maintenance card with the recommended cleaning products.

Q4: What if some of the bricks are broken?
Within 7 days of receipt please send us a photo of the damaged bricks with the carton label showing the batch number. We'll replace any damaged units free of charge with your next shipment or arrange express delivery for urgent projects.

Q5: What other custom colors do you have except transparent?
We currently make grey, bronze, champagne and light blue. Other colors are available upon request with a longer lead time and a higher minimum quantity. We will send color samples for your approval before production.
