Number 1 Trophy

Last year one of our clients bought these for their top salespeople. They told us afterward that every single recipient had it sitting on his or her desk. Not put away in a drawer. Not stuck in a cardboard box. Currently on view. That's what a Number 1 Trophy does. It sits somewhere people can see it, because it reminds them of something they earned.

This trophy gets a different response from people than generic awards do. There's something about seeing that particular number that makes it feel personal. We've had clients tell us they've seen these on office shelves years later, still holding their place. Isn't that the whole point of a trophy? Not to be distributed, but to be retained.

Crystal is unforgiving and any defect is clearly visible. We therefore check each piece three times: raw material inspection before cutting, in-process inspection during polishing and engraving, and finally a 100% inspection before packaging. If there is a bubble, a scratch, an off engraving, we catch it before it ships.

We also take into account the depth of the engraving. Too shallow and hard to read. If it is too deep it may weaken the crystal. We have found the right depth after years of trial and error. Deep enough to be permanent, but shallow enough to keep the piece strong.

Once we receive your artwork and deposit, production begins. Your order is packed and ready to be shipped in 7 days. If something goes wrong in transit (even if we pack carefully with foam inserts and reinforced cartons), we take care of replacements. We've been around long enough to know that good customer service is what brings clients back."
