The 70g weight sits comfortably during the post-race photography session. The round shape, measuring 8cm in diameter, follows the tradition of endurance event awards.

The metal surface accepts electroplating in gold, silver, or copper finishes. A cross-section measuring 7mm in thickness contributes to the solid feel.

Production Process

The die-casting process begins with custom mold creation. Molten zinc alloy is injected into the mold under high pressure, capturing every design detail with precision. Each blank is trimmed and prepared for electroplating. The plating process deposits the selected finish in multiple layers, building depth and durability. Enamel color fills are carefully applied by hand or machine.

The packaging phase uses individual protective bags for each medal, followed by placement in cartons.
