The Pointed Crystal Trophy is one of those designs that just looks right on stage. That sharp peak at the top - it points up, draws the eye, makes the winner feel like they've reached the top of something. And that's exactly what a top award should do.
We make the crystal part from K9 optical-grade material. It's clearer and brighter than standard glass. Light passes through it differently - cleaner, more brilliant. The pointed top is the hardest part to get right. The angle has to be precise. The tip can't have any chips or uneven spots. Our polishers have been doing this long enough that they get it right every time.
The base is solid wood. Three options: beech, black walnut, or ebony. Beech is lighter in color with visible grain - clean and modern. Black walnut is darker, richer, more elegant. Ebony is the darkest and densest - heavy, premium, unmistakably high-end. We finish the wood with natural oil wax, not varnish. It keeps the wood feeling like wood.
How we finish it.
We use 3D internal engraving for the artwork. The laser creates three-dimensional patterns inside the crystal - logos, portraits, complex designs. They're not on the surface. They're suspended inside the crystal, catching light from every angle.
The wood base gets its own treatment. UV printing for full-color logos and graphics. Laser engraving for text and fine details. Both are permanent, both are clean.

A: K9 crystal is quite durable. With normal handling and display, it holds up fine. The pointed tip is shaped during the polishing process and is not fragile in normal use. We package each piece in a foam-lined gift box to protect it during shipping.
